Simple Turkey Tacos

These easy ground turkey tacos are ready in just 15 minutes! A healthy, flavorful, and family-friendly recipe perfect for tacos, salads, burritos, and meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1–2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 tsp baking soda optional
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1–2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Cast iron skillet or Dutch oven
  • Taco holders (optional, but great for serving)

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, then garlic.
  2. Add turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in seasonings (and optional salsa).
  4. Add black beans and heat through.
  5. Serve with tortillas and toppings.
