Notes

There’s something about a fresh crunchy slaw on taco night that makes dinner feel bright, colorful, and a little extra special around the table.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use pre-bagged slaw mix – Huge time saver
  • Let it rest before serving – The flavor gets even better after chilling briefly
  • Add extra lime – If you prefer a more tangy slaw
  • Make it spicy – Add jalapeños or chili flakes
  • Prep ahead friendly – Stores beautifully for 2–3 days in the refrigerator
  • Keep it crunchy – Add dressing closer to serving time if prepping far ahead
