Method
- Preheat Oven to 350°F. Line a 13x18 sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Mix Seasoning: Gather your supplies, measure seasonings into a small bowl with a teaspoon of salt & pepper as well as a few teaspoons of Dill Pickle Seasoning. This way you can pour the ingredients into your bowl of beef without having to wash your hands so many times in between each seasoning.
- Season the Beef: Place ground beef in a bowl, sprinkle seasoning over the top, and gently mix with your hands until just combined.
- Form Patties: Shape into patties about 4–5 inches wide and ½ inch thick (they’ll shrink while cooking).
- Bake: Place patties on the wire rack with space between each. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F.
- Add Cheese: During the last 2–3 minutes, top each slider with cheese and return to the oven to melt.
- Rest & Assemble: Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
